The Next Step

Dance teachers are invited to a 30-hour training program leading to ISTD professional certification: the Associate (Bronze) level in American Rhythm.
This is a semi-annual event leading to higher professional certifications.
This program is for you if:
You are applying for NDCA judging license.
Program Dates: February 27 – March 3, 2019
Exam Date: March 8-10, 2019
This program will allow you to get professional certification immediately after successful completion of training.
You will receive choreographed routines and learn
to dance them at your optimal level.
You will be familiarized with abbreviations, chart headings, definitions for sway, CBM, CBMP, pivots, pivoting actions, rise and fall, footwork, beat value, timing, tempo, and all the other details that will enable you to discuss dance technique from a more informed perspective.
