The Next Step

Dance teachers are invited to a 30-hour training program leading  to ISTD professional certification:
the Associate (Bronze) level in American Style Ballroom.
This is a semi-annual event leading to higher professional certifications.

This program is for you if:

You are dreaming of becoming a Certified American Ballroom Dance Teacher.
You never found the time to get your professional certification.
You are certified, but want to review to make sure you are up-to-date with the very latest in Latin technique, recognized by top-ranked professionals.
You are applying for NDCA judging license.

Dates: February 19-23, 2020
Exam Date: March 14-15, 2020

This program will allow you to get professional certification immediately after successful completion of training.

You will receive choreographed routines and learn
to dance them at your optimal level.

You will be familiarized with abbreviations, chart headings, definitions for sway, CBM, CBMP, pivots, pivoting actions, rise and fall, footwork, beat value, timing, tempo, and all the other details that will enable you to discuss dance technique from a more informed perspective.

You will learn how to present information in a clear,
